Solutions Director 

Meet Avgoustinos Constantinides, partner and Solutions Director of IBSCY LTD. With a BSc in Information Technology from St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights and MSc in Computer Systems and Networking from the University of Greenwich in the UK, Avgoustinos brings a wealth of academic knowledge to his role. 

In addition to his academic achievements, Avgoustinos holds numerous professional certifications from renowned vendors such as Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, VMWare, HPE, and many more, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. 

Having worked for prominent financial and legal corporations in New York, London, and Limassol, Avgoustinos boasts extensive experience in IT Solutions architecture. His expertise spans medium to large infrastructure projects, hybrid/ private/ public cloud consulting and architecture, as well as hands-on experience in various technologies, both technical and presales. 

Professional Services Director 

Meet George Agathangelou, partner, and Professional Services Director at IBSCY Ltd. George is highly qualified professional with a BSc in Computing &IT from the University of Surrey and a MSc in Computer Systems and Networking from LBS University. He's a member of the British Computer Society; certified Data Protection Officer, Internal Auditor, expert in multiple ICT technologies and serves on the BoD of several organisations. 

George holds several notable certifications, from various vendors such as Microsoft, Fortinet, HP, HPE, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, RSA, Checkpoint, Cisco, Veeam, Symantec, VMWare and many more, additionally is a Certified IT Manager (CITM), Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Certified by the Cyprus International Institure of Management for Managing People Successfully. 

His extensive experience spans international projects with numerous private and government organisations in sectors such as shipping, telecommunication, finance, and various others. George has worked with many high-end companies in Cyprus, contributing to his expertise in multiple ICT technologies. 

Support Services - Team Leader 

Meet Achilleas Eleftheriou, partner and Team Leader of Support Services at IBSCY Ltd. Achilleas is a dedicated member of the IBSCY Ltd from 2013 and he holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from Frederick University. 

He holds various certifications from renowned vendors like Microsoft, AWS, Fortinet, and HPE, enhancing his expertise in on premises and Cloud infrastructure, Microsoft products and cybersecurity. Achilleas leads a dynamic team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional support services and driving continuous improvement with his extensive technical knowledge. 

Known for his proactive approach and problem-solving skills, Achilleas is committed to providing innovative solutions to complex IT challenges, contributing significantly to the success of IBSCY's clients and the growth of our team. 

Implementation Services - Team Leader 

Meet Elias Georgiou, the Team Leader of the Implementations Department. Elias holds a BSc in Computing and a MSc in Computer Network Administration and Management from the University of Portsmouth. He has been a dedicated member of the IBSCY Ltd team since 2016. 

Elias's expertise extends to various Microsoft certifications, including Azure solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Network Engineer Associate, and Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty. Additionally, he holds certifications in Fortinet NSE 7 Network Security Architecture and Fortinet FortiAnalyzer 7.2 Administration. 

Known for his dedication and proactive approach, Elias is managing the implementation of new and existing clients, both in Cyprus and abroad. His commitment to excellence ensures smooth operations and successful client outcomes. 

Solution Services - Team Leader 

Meet Fragkos Maragou, the Team Leader of Solution Services at IBSCY Ltd. Fragkos holds a BSc in Electical and Electronic Engineering and a MSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering, both from the University of Bermingham. He has been a dedicated part of the IBSCY's team from 2016. 

Fragkos is proficient in various technological platforms and tools, including Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and IT security measures. He holds several certifications, including Fortinet Network Security Associate, HP Sales Certified- Business Personal Systems Hardware, AWS Business Professional, and Microsoft Expert. 

Fragkos, from his position he oversees the promotion and sale of IT infrastructure solutions. His role involves generating new client leads, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring their IT setups are secure and up-to-date. 

Office Manager

Meet Maria Ioannidou, she holds the position of the Office Manager. She holds a BSc in Hotel management from the Higher Hotel Institute of Cyprus and she has been an integral part of the IBSCY team from 2014.

In her capacity as Office Manager, Maria plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. Her responsibilities include managing recurring sales and renewals, handling invoices, overseeing maintenance agreements and NDA's, and managing company contracts. 

Bookkeeping Administrator

Meet Rawan Baher, the Bookkeeper at IBSCY. She holds a BSc in English/Business from the Applied Science University in Amman, Jordan and she has been a dedicated member of the IBSCY team since 2019.

Rawan's responsibilities extend to generating financial statements and transaction reports, managing the status of accounts and balances, and collaborating with external auditors. From preparing payments of expenses and creditors for approval to conducting reconciliations of suppliers, debtors, and banks, Rawan meticulously oversees various critical tasks. She also handles all invoicing functions related to clients and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in IBSCY's financial transactions. 

Marketing Officer

Meet Olivia Protopapa, the Marketing Officer at IBSCY Ltd. She holds a BSc in Communications and Internet Studies, as well as a MSc in Journalism and Digital Media, both from Cyprus University of Technology. She has been a member of the IBSCY team from April 2024.

As part of her responsibilities, Olivia manages the day-to-day marketing activities of the company, overseeing the management of the company’s website and social media profiles. She ensures that our brand is effectively represented across various digital platforms and channels and representing IBSCY Ltd at corporate events. 

 Solution Specialist 

Meet Olga Papadimitriou, the Solution Specialist at IBSCY. She holds a BSc in Business Administration from Technological Educational Institute of Central Macedonia and a MSc in Supply Chain Management from the International University of Greece. She has been an integral part of the IBSCY team since 2022.

In her line of work, she plays a pivotal role in our sales operations, responsible for receiving and processing purchase orders, issuing sales transaction invoices, maintaining, and updating sales and customer records, and handling various sales documents. Additionally, Olga provides crucial support to the sales department by assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. 

Sales Administrator 

Meet Alexandra Socratous, a member of our Sales team at IBSCY Ltd. She holds a bachelor's degree in business and public administration from University of Cyprus. She became part of our company in May 2024. 

Alexandra holds the position of Sales Administrator. In this position, she is responsible for receiving and processing purchase orders, issuing sales transaction invoices, maintaining and updating sales and customer records, and handling various sales documents. Alexandra when is need provides support to the sales department with administrative tasks. 

Sales Administrator

Meet Demetris Alexiou, a member of the sales team at IBSCY. With experience in multiple sectors including but not limited to Sales and IT support, with a deep and diverse background in the IT industry and Business Development experience. Demetris became a member of the team in July 2024. His expertise extends to first and second level tech support underpinned by his knowledge of LAN/WAN networking technologies. 

As a part of the Sales Team, Demetris's responsibilities include receiving and processing purchase orders, issuing sales transaction invoices, maintaining and updating sales and customer records as well as handling various sales documents. When and if needed, Demetris provides support to the sales department. 

Senior Engineer

Meet Marios Tsimaris, a Senior Engineer at IBSCY Ltd. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Frederick University. He has been a dedicated part of the IBSCY team since 2019.

He holds various certifications from reowned vendors, and he recently earned the prestigious certification of Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert and holds the Fortinet NSE 4 certification.

In his position, he plays a crucial role in providing support for our clients, thus ensuring the success and stability of the IBSCY’s operations.

Senior Engineer 

Meet Elias Christoforou, a Senior Engineer at IBSCY Ltd. He holds a BSc degree from Frederick University, specialising in the Theory of Computer Science. He has been a dedicated part of the IBSCY’s team since 2022.

Elias dedication to professional development is evident through his numerous certifications, including Fortinet Administrator FortiGate 7.2, NSE 2 Network Security Associate, NSE 2 Network Security Associate, Fortinet: Information Security Awareness, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals. Additionally, Elias has completed courses and exams in Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions, Microsoft Installation, Storage, and Compute with Windows Server (20740C), Cisco CCNA: Network Fundamentals, and CrowdStrike: Partner 1: Sales and Product Training - Knowledge Exam.

His responsibilities include managing various implementation projects, resolving support tickets, and ensuring the seamless operation of clients' IT systems. Elias leverages his extensive technical expertise to contribute to strategic planning and collaborates with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and achieve organisational objectives. 

Engineer 

Meet Christodoulos Antoniades, an Engineer at the IBSCY team. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Sunderland. He joined the IBSCY team in 2021.

In his years with the company, he has cultivated his expertise and acquire several professional certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, and Yeastar Certified Cloud Associate. 

His proficiency in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders fosters seamless collaboration and ensures alignment with our client's business objectives.

Engineer 

Meet Nikolas Christou, a dedicated IT professional with a diploma in Computer and Network Technology from Cyprus College. He began his journey with IBSCY Ltd in October 2022, quickly becoming an integral part of the team. 

His primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive support to customers for both software and hardware issues. His keen ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions, whether related to hardware or software, ensures that problems are swiftly reported to the Professional Services Director for resolution. 

Engineer 

Meet George Onisiforou, an Engineer at IBSCY. He holds a BSc in Internet Information Systems from the University of Sunderland, UK and he joined the IBSCY team in 2021.

George is responsible for overseeing main systems deliveries and installations, providing on-site IT support operations, managing customer office movements and installations, and handling various other tasks assigned by management.

Engineer 

Meet Maria Charilaou, an Engineer at IBSCY. She holds a diploma in Network and Computer technician and she is pursuing a degree in Computer Science, both from Cyprus College. She has been a part of the IBSCY team since 2024.

Maria's responsibilities include network management, IT infrastructure support, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies. Maria's proactive approach and dedication to excellence ensure that she consistently delivers high-quality work, supporting the seamless operation of our IT systems and contributing to the overall success of IBSCY Ltd. 

Engineer 

Meet Kritonas Stingas, an Engineer at IBSCY. He holds an integrated BSc/MSc in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of West Attica, and he joined IBSCY in 2024. 

Kritonas Specializes in systems integration, network management, and problem-solving. With a passion for optimizing IT infrastructures, he works closely with the team to ensure seamless performance and support for key technical operations. 

Meet Theodore Michelakis, an Engineer at IBSCY. In addition to his work at IBSCY, he is currently pursuing studies at the department of Digital Systems at the University of Piraeus, further enhancing his expertise and commitment to professional growth. He has been part of the IBSCY team since 2024. 

With a strong IT support background, he brings extensive experience in efficiently resolving technical issues. He excels at diagnosing problems, communicating clearly with customers, and escalating issues when necessary. His determinantion and curiosity drive him to tackle challenging problems, often leading to successful outcomes. A quick learner, he is committed to continually expanding his knowledge and skills.
