IBSCY LTD would like to announce that there has been a change in company ownership.

In order to achieve maximum development potential for IBSCY LTD, including providing the best possible services to our customers, Avgoustinos Constantinides and George Agathangelou decided to re-acquire 76% capital share from MTN Cyprus LTD.

From now on, IBSCY LTD pursues its operations independently from MTN Cyprus Ltd, after 4 years of a fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation, the new shareholders will undertake the full responsibility for management of IBSCY LTD.
